This trip to Jinxi Ancient Town was unforgettable. The rooms are elegantly furnished, fully equipped and intelligent, and convenient to operate. The bedding is soft and comfortable, making me sleep well all night. The staff is warm and thoughtful, from the intimate guidance at check-in to the meticulous service at the meal, all show professionalism and care. The dining is rich and delicious, the buffet breakfast is varied, and the local specialties are exquisite and delicious. The hotel is close to the ancient town and has a good location, convenient transportation and close to attractions. It is highly recommended to all travelers, and I believe you will also have a wonderful stay here.

The room service is satisfactory. The deposit was not returned in time. I booked three rooms but only one was reserved for some reason. Because all the guests came from Shanghai, the hotel asked me to pay the deposit to forgive my mistake. When I checked out, they told me that they would refund it the next morning. It had not arrived at 3 pm and I had to call to urge them to get it.

This hotel is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip from Nanjing to Suzhou and then to Zhuang Zhou. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She picked us up and sent us to the room. The hotel is 20 meters away from the entrance, which is super convenient and not as noisy as the scenic spot. The room is very beautiful and the decoration is very delicate. You can see that it is very attentive. The children especially like it. Highly recommended

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

**Very satisfied with the stay experience! ** This stay at Fairmont Kunshan was a great experience overall! The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the lake view room with a great view. You can see the lake and mountains when you open the curtains in the morning, and your mood instantly becomes extremely happy. There are also bicycles for rent, which can be ridden directly to Xilu Garden Heyue Fengdao Farm, the indoor swimming pool is full of people even in winter, very suitable for bringing children😀 The hotel service is also impressive, every staff member is very warm and thoughtful, here are special thanks to Sammi, her service is meticulous, from check-in to check-out, she has given us great help, really thank her! This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.
