The location is good, not far from Uno Port, which goes to Naoshima, and close to Mt. Washu and the Great Seto Bridge.
As it is an old house, it is not shiny, of course, but the furnishings are tasteful and quite nice.
However, while the bathroom and toilet are new and there are no problems, the kitchen is old and not very practical.
The biggest problem is that it is next to a busy national highway.
Even at night, cars and motorcycles pass by constantly, and it is very noisy. On top of that, when trucks pass by, the whole house shakes. I was woken up many times by this...
It is a nice place to stay, but soundproofing measures would be necessary.

We stayed here as a family of four. It was our first time in an old Japanese house, and we were very satisfied!
We were a little worried about security, as the lock structure was simple, but the children seemed to enjoy being in a different environment than usual. It's a facility we would like to use again.
For dinner, we went to Donpachi, which serves handmade udon noodles! There was a wide variety, which was great!

なかなか全員揃うことができずでギリギリの予約でしたが．。素敵な場所で泊まることかできて嬉しかったし、楽しかったです。
