We spend two wedding days in this beautiful hotel and it’s postcard like surroundings. Loved just everything. Like a time travel to a fantacy. Great location beside the castle which could been seen thru our bed room window. The weather was exellant and having great breakfast on the terrace. The place was very clean and very well maintained. Would love to visit again. Thank you Egesparre and the staff!

If you are coming to Saaremaa Island and want to stay in a place with charm, look no further. The hotel is in an attractive building from around 1900 that overlooks the Bishop’s Castle. It is decorated in an old-world style that fits the building’s elegance. Our room was a little on the small side by modern standards, but that was a function of it being an historic hotel. On that note, the hotel has been visited at least twice by Estonian presidents. The hotel is only a few feet from the Bishop’s castle, but also an easy walk to the town center or to the beach. The areas around the hotel are picturesque and fun to walk around. The buffet breakfast is a very nice spread, and they also will cook what you want to order. It was a great start to our day. Our stay here was very pleasant and perfectly suited the picturesque setting.

In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl, alles ist mit "Gold" überzogen und versprüht einen mittelalterlichen Charme, was gut zur ausgezeichneten Lage direkt neben dem Burgschloss von Kuressaare passt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber und ruhig, den Balkon teilt man sich mit dem Zimmernachbarn, was aber nicht gestört hat. Das Frühstück im ruhigen Aussenbereich war grandios, das beste auf unserer ganzen Baltikum-Reise! Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Smoothies und Früchte uvm., einfach toll.
