We got a premium room and it was of a very good size. It also had an attached balcony which is nice. The breakfast is included and they had a good variety of south indian delicacies. The food at the restaurant was good. The locality is a good one and accessible to shops and attractions.

1. room was clean enough. ac worked. 2. the bellboy was helpful the bad
1. the reception people were grumpy. overall other than the bellboy, service is not their strong point. 2. when we asked if we can get a non-smoking room the person said yes. but, when we entered the room i saw an ashtray on the coffee table. 3. no parking. the cellar is small and badly designed. only 10 cars could fit. we had to park on the opposite side of the road near a park. 4. coffee was way too sweet. tea was bad. we didn’t dare try the breakfast buffet. no breakfast room service. will never stay there again.

Gave early check-in by the staff, i had informed them well before. Property is little old but it is well maintained.

Room was ok and had little smell. Hot water just available in morning, for late evening water is not that hot to take bath.

Checkin time was not adjustable, hotel management saying that they will allow only after 12pm. That is not correct.
