"Beautiful hotel (about 7 min walk to the station) and was a great Ryokan experience as the room was traditional and had a breath-taking view. Futons were sufficiently comfortable - but wished there was the whole Ryokan welcome and fanfare.
Staff was welcoming but did not speak much English though they had papers of English instructions all ready. There was a free shuttle out of the hotel at fixed timings to the nearest Shinkansen (Unazukionsen Station)
Onsen was relaxing and was supplied with good quality products for every aspect of grooming. Lots of vending machines were available, there was a souvenir shop on site though pricey. We just did not enjoy the corridors as it gave out a creepy vibe (due to it being an older establishment), hence, we did not enjoy moving around the hotel). Facilities were beautiful and well preserved.
Food as part of the experience was a good and large helping. We opted for the full seafood experience but it had a lot of sashimi or cured seafood which was not to our own liking (we did not really know what we signed up for, really our fault!) Breakfast was a good spread and really hearty. A lot of traditional and local specialties to experience!
Overall a great stay!

"I stayed while stopping by my grandmother's house. Regarding the location, it is highly recommended for those who have a car. Not only is the recently built roadside station called KOKO Kurobe in front of you, but everything is nearby, including public baths and supermarkets.
The front desk was also very simple and we were able to check in immediately.
The room was not as quiet as a normal business hotel and was very quiet because the next door was not adjacent. The room shakes a little every time I walk, but it didn't bother me. There is also a vending machine on the premises, and there is also a free breakfast (frozen food), so there was nothing to worry about. I would like to use it again."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Unazuki Station. Since there was a heavy storm that day,
It was raining, so it was a bit awkward dragging my suitcase to the hotel. It was just renovated in 2023. There is a little smell in the room and the hot spring is very good! I paid extra to book a private bath. The water quality is so comfortable! The accommodation included dinner and breakfast the next day. The dinner was delicious. A male waiter could speak simple Chinese and had been to Shanghai. Basic communication was no problem. Breakfast the next day was still delicious. This hot spring area is relatively unpopular and there are not many online introductions, but it can avoid the crowds."
"I heard it was an old hotel, but it had been renovated and the interior was very clean.
It is currently under construction, so you can enter and exit from the parking lot in the back, but there are helpful instructions posted.
There were no particular problems, but the refrigerator was difficult to find.
It was hidden behind a door, so it didn't look like it was lived in, which was good."
"Kurobe Hotel is one thousand fourteen early. The hotel environment is expensive, the service does not feel enthusiastic, and the occupancy rate is not high. If you want to go out for dinner, you must arrange for the car to go out. Although it is free, it is not convenient. There are no meals in the hotel (if there is no reservation), only the instant noodles are three times more expensive than the outside. Next time you can consider staying outside Kurobe, take the electric train to Unayue for 20 minutes in the morning, and then take a small train for sightseeing in the afternoon Outside Yunai month, this way, at least the hotel can save half the cost. Because this view room is really not bad, you can only look at the opposite mountain, not open and majestic, breakfast can see the picture, is a set meal, the rice is still very fragrant."
"Very spacious Japanese style rooms with very good breakfast and dinner buffets (dinner highlight was shabu shabu). Also very good Onsen bath with small outdoor ‘rotenburo’. A little bit of a walk to the tram station but the hotel will arrange a car to ferry you. Overall a very positive impression for a first time Route Inn chain guest."
"Unazuki Hot Spring Hotel is expensive. The problem is that the waiter who brought in the room does not speak English and is not proficient with the hotel's translation software. As a result, we were told that dinner was in the room, and we were waiting in the room on the 13th floor. It's actually in the private room of the restaurant on the 9th floor. After a quarter of an hour after the appointed time, please ask at the front desk to know the correct way. Dinner and breakfast are good. The room is 12 folds, plus the balcony area after sealing, and the tea is in the entrance. There are special drinking water taps. The pictures of breakfast and dinner can't accommodate, it's not bad. The hot springs are very good, and the male and female outdoor baths change every morning. The scenery is beautiful."

Outstanding
YYizhizaishuxiaderenThe hotel is in the mountains, and you need to take the Shinkansen to Kurobe Unazuki Onsen Station. It takes 25 minutes to get to Unazuki Station from Toyama Electric Railway. Ctrip says it is a few hundred meters away from Unazuki Station, but it is not Unazuki High-speed Railway Station, but Axeyama Electric Railway and Nanyuan Onsen Station. But the hotel is pretty good. The hot spring is particularly good, the facilities and services are in place, and the buffet for dinner and breakfast is also good. I will go again next time.
GGuest UserLocated at the entrance of the famous hot spring town, Kurobe Gorge, the alpine gorge, cherry blossoms in spring, red leaves in autumn, and snow in December, the scenery is beautiful. There are hot spring baths, table tennis, karaoke and other free facilities
