Anti-human hotel, check-out is at 10am! The next day, when I checked in, they asked me to take out my luggage before 10am and wait until 3 or 4pm to check in. It's really a ********* operation... It's speechless 😓... The front desk staff of Toyoko INN Hotel, the service attitude is still as bad as before...

If you are not a Toyoko Inn member, you cannot receive standard services. The service is biased towards emphasizing member status. There is also discrimination between members and non-members in terms of check-in time. For non-members, check-in is only possible after 4pm. And yet the accommodation fee is more than 10% higher.
