As senior advisor, I had the pleasure to stay around the world but this spot is in my 5. The location is perfect acrross from the beach. Restaurants, shops, atms,super market. The Staff is amazing , the manager makes you feel at home. And goes beyond her way to acomodate every need. Every time im here I feel at home. The pool area is just beautiful..and the private cabins are adorable. Totally recomend!!!

Hotel located in best place, staff are amasing and so much kind,breakfast is awesome with 5 star quality,hotel atmosphere is comfort and beautiful, it is like dream living on this hotel. If you habe any question about city and looking around in the reception all of your question will be answerd.i hope have another chance to resident in this place

Great experience overall, we definitely got more than what we paid for. The staff really elevated the whole experience. They were friendly as well as helpful. They did their best to accommodate our needs and I dont think they turned any of our requests down. They also let us leave out luggage with them which was a huge help. In the end it was a positive experience with a reasonable price tag.

The hotel is OK, but I had a problem with the reception and accounting department. In May 2023, I booked a room via ********** for one night at this hotel. they ‘accidentally’ charged the room fee twice: once at the check-in and once at the check-out. They said they would return the accidental change in the following days and there was nothing to worry about. After five weeks, I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted ********** and the hotel multiple times. Either their payment systems are down, or they can only make a refund to a local Turkish bank account which I do not have…. They are not able to pay refunds to foreign credits cards , but they are able to charge them! I believe it is a SCAM which they especially target foreigners who most likely do not have a Turkish bank account. I recommend to stay somewhere else, there are many nice hotels in the area which is quite pleasant. Just stay away from this hotel.

Ocak ayında çift olarak geldiğimiz bir tatilden hiç dönmek istemeyerek ayrılıyoruz. Otelin harika bir mimarisi var, konumu ise şehir merkezinin tam ortasında olduğu için her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yeşil mavi ve beyazın uyumu ile kendinizi çok rahat hissedeceksiniz. Odalar klasik otel odaları gibi değil küçük bungalov tarzı olduğu için de kimsenin kimseyi rahatsız etme gibi bir durumu olmuyor. Personeli de bir o kadar ilgili ve güleryüzü 🤍 özellikle barmen Bedirhanın enerjisine bayıldık mutlaka sohbet edin. Tüm otel personeline ve işletmesine çok ederiz

2 nights at above hotel arranged by company Expat Explore/ Fez travels was a nightmare. No towels, toilet paper or Duvet in the room & next day not cleaned, weeds grew everywhere and food was terrible.

Family bought us two nights away during a bigger family break, it was nice enough, the best thing for it was the location without a doubt, right in front of the marina and 10 minutes walk to town. The place itself seemed a bit dated. For what we needed it for it was perfectly fine but I wouldnt want to stay 3/4 nights or longer as the room wasnt the cleanest, smelt a bit damp. They didnt have much in terms of spirits to drink, Only one staff member truly understood English (yes I know, we're in Turkey deal with it) clearly though this is a turkish hotel so if you are English consider it! Also this is not a place for familys, its small, the pool is really deep and because a lot of the pool is overhung by trees a lot of debris gets in it. We enjoyed our couple of days here, it is what it is but dont expect 5 star perfection.
