Where do I start, although I booked a Sea View Room, I was charged an extra €252 on Check In. Very rude interaction with reception staff with no satisfaction! Staff in general weren’t at all friendly or accommodating. On Check Out I got hit with a further €200 for the minibar! I drank 6 bottles of Efes, 2 soft drinks, 5 or 6 waters, 2 Toblerones and a jar of nuts!!! This Hotel is anything but a 5*

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money.
Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor.
Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra.
Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

Service: I didn't see clearly that I bought one guest, and two people have to pay extra, which is not a problem. But a fat middle-aged male staff at the hotel front desk didn't even let my companion sit on the chair next to him. He looked at him like a thief, afraid that he would sneak upstairs. It's a bit of a small hotel.
Facilities: The facilities are average, just work normally.
Environment: The environment is very good. It was too cold when we came. It would be great if it was hot and we could go into the water. The sea view on the balcony is good, but it's about the same as the lake view room in China.
Breakfast: I was late for the delicious kaymak here. I asked what it was. After knowing it, I went to the supermarket behind to find kaymak. It's really delicious. Remember to add honey, friends 👍 The hotel puts it in egg shells
