Demir Suit Hotel

The service was provided very quickly, the view of our room was also very good, there was an open buffet, we had our breakfast very comfortably, the balcony of our room was also very nice, there was a pool and sweet sitting areas in front, it was generally very good, we recommend it.

It was the most unfortunate accommodation we have ever had. I would never recommend it to anyone. 1. We made a reservation for a room with a jacuzzi and a view, when we entered the room, there was an object in the middle of the room that had no other feature than a huge bathtub but was apparently a jacuzzi. Those who imagine a shower cabin in the toilet will be surprised, there was no other shower cabin. The pressurized mechanism of the jacuzzi was not working, it only served as a bathtub. By the way, they tried to close the windows where the jacuzzi was with blinds, but the blinds were broken, the room was around 38 degrees in the summer heat, I am not exaggerating. The sun had a greenhouse effect in the room. The air conditioning was not sufficient. We immediately left the room as if we were running away, when we returned at 12:00 at night, the room had cooled down, but we did not stay in the room during the hours we needed. We had to leave at 7 in the morning, breakfast hours were 9 and later, even though we had a bed and breakfast agreement, we could not use our breakfast right. Another worst nightmare of ours was that on July 15th, when we were settling into the room, at around 14:00, we asked about the sewage smells, there was renovation work on the septic tank line under the hotel, the excavation was going through the middle of the hotel restaurant. In short, our friends who we met there and stayed in a wonderful hotel on the island of Samos for 3 nights and stayed in 3 rooms in the hotel also experienced the same problems as us, and they will write and share their dissatisfaction about this issue like me. Kuşadası is already chaotic, I never plan to go to that town again, but I wish we had come directly from Istanbul and gone straight to Samos instead of paying 2550 TL. Oh my God, no one should believe the rooms, pools etc. decorated with beautiful visuals of this hotel. By the way, the hotel pool is very small, maximum 4 people can comfortably stay there. The only good thing about it is that it is located on the hills of the town, so the view from a height in Kuşadası is magnificent, but its shortcomings seriously overshadow this beauty, so it is not a hotel to be preferred, we experienced this bitterly :(

The hotel and rooms are spotless, they took care of us so much from the moment we called for reservation that we were very happy. Hotel manager Mr. Mehmet and his colleagues Zal and Erhan are both very friendly and very knowledgeable. They also helped us plan trips. The hotel's terrace is legendary. All of Kuşadası is under your feet. You will be fascinated from the moment you step out. They are also Pet Friendly, which is more valuable to us than anything else. The breakfast was quite sufficient, and although we swam like crazy, we did not feel hungry until the afternoon. The prices of the alcoholic drinks you drink on the terrace are very affordable. We were very pleased. The only place we will stay when we visit Kuşadası again is Demir Suit. Thank you very much.
