Tips for friends who come to this hotel by train:
There are two stations to get here, one is Kushimoto Station, which is more than two kilometers away, but it is a normal road, that is, there is a sidewalk (Picture 1). We arrived at around 10 o'clock in the evening. Although there were very few people walking by, There is only a short section of the road that is dark, but overall it is easy to walk, and the restaurants open at night are all concentrated near Kushimoto Station. The other is Kiihime Station, which is more than one kilometer away. Although it is close, it is a very small station. The walk from this station to the hotel is like a highway without sidewalks. People have to walk on the driveway (Picture 2 3) When we left the next morning, Google's navigation told us to go this way. We didn't see any street lights along the way. It's hard to imagine how dangerous it was to go this way the night before. It is recommended that if you can take a taxi, it is best. If you walk there, you should choose to get off at Kushimoto Station, which is farther but safer.

It took a long time because I went by train from the suburbs of Osaka, but there was nothing around the hotel, and on the contrary, it was good to be able to spend a leisurely time in the hotel.
The Viking is the best anyway. The hot springs were also very clean.
I enjoyed the cartoon corner and the table tennis corner, and I enjoyed only the hotel without sightseeing, but I was satisfied.
I definitely want to go again.
We chose Kushimoto Mercure as a transit hotel on the way to Kii Katsuura. Unexpectedly, both Kushimoto and Mercure gave us a surprise!
The hotel has a pick-up bus at Kushimoto Station. The body of the bus is written in English, so everyone should pay attention. Although the hotel is not far from the station, it is on the mountain, so don't push the suitcase up. The taxi is just the starting price.
The hotel room is not small, and the decoration standard is very ordinary for an economy hotel. It is clean and hygienic.
There are free snacks, beer and drinks in the lobby in the afternoon and evening, and there are several kinds of wine in the evening. It's nice to have a drink in the evening.
The hotel's buffets in the morning and evening are very good, all kinds of seafood sashimi are very fresh, and wine and drinks are free to drink.
The hotel hot spring is very good and clean, and you can see the Hashigawa Rock from the outdoor hot spring pool.
The sea of Kushimoto is very beautiful on a sunny day, and there are some small attractions around it that are worth visiting. There are also two large supermarkets in front of the station, with many things and cheap.
The hotel service is very good, and the hotel bus driver is very friendly.
The room is very clean, it's only 1 minute walk from Kushimoto Station, the room is nice with private bathroom, but it is a bit expensive on Saturdays and Sundays.
All rooms with Ocean view. Enjoy the beautiful morning sun, stars, and view of the lights of fishing boats. Serves dishes with local fish caught at sea.
The Misaki Lodge Nishida is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Misaki Lodge Nishida is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Kushimoto. The hotel is just 7km away from JR Kushimoto Station. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Hamanaka-tosen, Monument of the Southernmost Point of Honshu and Shionomisaki Shrine all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe facility feels old, but it is good to be maintained. Moreover, I am satisfied with a large room. It can't help but be expensive, but it would be better if it was a little cheaper.
