房間很大，有早晚餐，食材可以，住在本館但是不對湖。據説別館可見湖！温泉地下景觀和池子多！座釧路大巴車到這裏倆小時。

#酒店位置 很好 就在温泉一條街 後面是上游湖船的碼頭（幸福棧道）
#酒店服務 免費給我們升級了大套房 風景一級棒 套房佈局 用品 智能馬桶跟喜歡 露天温泉對着湖 分時間段更換男女湯 每個都可以體驗下 （っ˘ڡ˘ς）♨️
自助餐也不錯 還額外定了紅毛蟹 味道很好 可以在酒店預訂很多活動體驗項目 在酒店一樓有家Siri的户外店 有徒步遊湖等項目可以預訂 跟朋友在前台預訂了夜間森林燈光秀 唯一值得吐槽的就是温泉服太醜了 完全沒有穿它拍照的慾望

整體設施，無論是房間還是公區都很老舊。尤其是泡温泉的區域，感覺早就該翻新了。服務也很一般，自駕的注意，10點退房，11點必須把車開走，不然會收費。真是日本特色服務。
