An older building but they can arrange for you to use the public bath at the Station Hotel just a a few minutes’ walk to the Nishi-Kuwana station. Location is fine with an APiTA supermarket quite close and a Matsuya for cheap meals. The older gentleman at the front desk speaks fluent English.

I stayed here for a relative's funeral. It was neither good nor bad. It's a bit of a walk from the station and a bit far from the convenience store, so I'd rate it average.
