Room, towels from previous guest still on floor, cups not washed, bin not emptied, missing towels. However slept well. Would come back. Thank you

Where do we start, from the minute we walked through the door we were met with a surly receptionist. Checked in, room was very small, but ok,
bathroom door could not be fully opened. As for the TV, which was very small, the remote would not work, so no tv!!
The previous occupants towells were found hanging behind the door and when taken to reception the surly receptionist questioned as to how they got dirty. No apologies were offered for lax housekeeping!! Would definitely not recommend this hotel for a stay !!

Only a one-night room-only stop over on the way north. We arrived around 9pm, parking easily enough, though some distance away around the back of the hotel. We had to wait while the receptionist sold gifts to other guests before we could check in. Room door hit the bed, which wasn't a great first impression, but although small the room (105) was perfectly adequate with a large dressing area on the way to the large bathroom. No meals were taken, and check out was very speedy at 7am as everything had been pre-paid.

The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for going to Sky Island. However, it is also quite old. The rooms are not big and the soundproofing is average. But overall it is quite clean. It is mainly used by tour groups.

Dust can be seen everywhere in the room, the receptionist is perfunctory, most of the food on the dinner menu is missing, the dishes are sloppy, and the taste is too bad!
