Sleep quality is the most terrible issue. Air conditioner blows too much, even when turned off. It's way too hot to fall asleep. The only option is to open a window, but it doesn't open much. Plus you get more noise and light from outside in the morning. Pillow are super rough, and there is no choice between pillows. I got a neck pain and ended up sleeping on a small decorative pillow instead. Breakfast dishes are mostly cold, some dishes are way too oily to be served for breakfast. Dishes are not refilled. No fruits. They only served a banana cut in 4 pieces and places on a small dip, so you phisically cannot take more than 3 pieces on your plate. A total joke. The hotel is also outdated compared to other hotels in the chain. Such as there are no USB sockets by the bed, as in some other places.

Hotel was located near the shopping street. Room has a musky smell when we first entered. Otherwise, it was generally ok. Amenities such as packet coffee, shampoo, face wash, hair clips/bands were provided at the lobby (room already has shampoo, bath wash and conditioner). Laundry and vending machine rooms were well equipped too.
