The manager and front desk (man) were terrible at the check-in. Hotel staff was asking to pay extra fee (200 yen per day). They didn’t talk politely, used bad words, and pushed me out. Really it’s now a best example of guest welcome service.
Same non polite talk happened during check-out, same front desk (man) didn’t allow to go to the rest room, and then did say bad words getting me out from hotel.

Clean site, one of the many places where they’ve had heating on as it was really cold. However, there was no space for luggage storage. We were asked to store it outside the corridor. Nevertheless, it’s a good place to crash for few nights and also their break room is fantastic for the value.

The website said that check-in was possible until 29:00, and although I arrived in time, I was unable to stay.
The trip reservation details said that check-in was possible until midnight, and although it was my carelessness that overlooked it, it was very confusing.
I explained the situation to the hotel, but there was no reply, so I had them contact me through trip's customer center. After that, the hotel contacted me, but they said, "We can't do anything unless you tell us in advance."
Was it just my fault for checking the website carefully to see what kind of hotel it was?
I think it's difficult to notice in advance, so please be careful if you are planning to stay there. Please update the information on your website, such as check-in, as soon as possible.

It is a clean building with decent multi-person rooms, but I think the lack of an elevator is a big disadvantage. There is also a stairwell.

It was clean, but the shared space is a bit uncomfortable for women. There seems to be a women-only floor, but I didn't know about it when I made the reservation and only found out after I got there. I told them I wanted to use the shower room (even if I had to pay extra), but they said it was not possible, so I felt uncomfortable using the shared shower room and didn't use it. I wish it was written a bit more clearly. Men were also surprised to see women there, so I don't think it was comfortable for either of them.
