Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, check in process was very clear and flawless. Would return here!!!
It’s also just 5 mins walk to the train station and just 1 stop away from Kyoto station, very near all the tourist spots too.

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that feature all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The decor is stylish, and the facilities, including the self-check-in system, are convenient for a smooth arrival. However, it’s important to note that the location is a bit far from public transportation, which might be an inconvenience if you’re relying on buses or trains.but can go to Gojo station or bus stop for walking in 5-10 mins , the hotel offers good value for the quality of the rooms and service. The self-check-in system is efficient, and I appreciated that staff were on standby to help when needed. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for the initial check-in experience.

Very cozy and clean hotel in an accessible residential area from the metro. Looks and feels new. Bed is very comfortably shared by two.
There is also a common pantry with a small kitchen, microwave and toaster. Very convenient for those late night 7-11 runs. Slippers, toothbrush and basic toiletries are provided.
It’s true you can only check-in fr 4pm and they cannot keep your luggage for you, the shower / sink area is also a bit small those are the only downside. Overall, good experience!

This might not the conventional style of hotel you've experienced before.
Some inconveniences : No daily room cleaning services provided. No access card for your room. You will have an access code for the hotel entrance and another code for the room.
Nevertheless, it is still a lovely and exquisite place to stay for your amazing Kyoto trip as it is very close to the tourism hotspot and easy to access with public transport.

The staff was extremely friendly and let me keep my clothes in the dryer past my check out time because they were still wet! English friendly and the place is very clean with great amenities. I highly recommend for the great location!
