What an amazing hotel 🤩 Our room was big and had a beautiful decoration. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great due to direct metro and bus connection that are just a few minutes walk. The service team is very friendly and supportive. We also can recommend the bar. Overall, the best hotel we had in Japan. We definitely would book it again.

The room is very clean and the lights are slightly dimmed, but it can be seen that it is a foreign design. There is no main light in the room to allow for a better rest. The front desk spoke English very well when checking in in the morning, afternoon and evening, no problem at all. When we checked in very late at night, a foreigner served us on his knees, and we were very satisfied. The service attitude is the best I have ever stayed at in a Kyoto hotel. While checking out and waiting for the bus, I was given sencha tea, which was completely unexpected service. Five-star praise, I will come back here if I come to Kyoto again. The service attitude is much better than that of Mitsui next door, which costs more than 10,000 yuan a night.
