The cleanliness is top notch and the location is great. Last but not least, the necessities provided for the guests are well known Japanese brand, drip coffee etc

It was comfortable. Not the biggest but we managed with our 2 large luggage and 1 small luggage. Easy check in check out.

Love this hotel! The room was very spacious, they provided free water and a fridge, and while the shower is a bathroom shower it has a rain shower head built into the ceiling and the bathtub is large. The concierge allowed me to checking 2 hours early without charge which was really handy.
Everyone at the hotel was very courteous and friendly. The location is also nearby the main station in Kyoto and a bus ride away to the shopping district.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location just north of Kyoto station. Hotel seems new and staff were helpful and pleasant. More amenities than I could imagine. Wonderful vicinity due to Kyoto sites being far from each other so this centrally located hotel fits any holiday perfectly. Laundry facilities were new and easy to operate also taking credit card or IC (Suica). Rooms well isolated as it snowed but rooms remained ambient overnight. Thanks for having me.

Best location for people who are doing day trips out of kyoto station, there's an underground path straight to the hotel from station and it's linked to all the big shops. Super convenient!!

A very well located hotel. Near to the central station with lots of eating and drinking option. Friendly and helpful staff when needed. Didn’t try the food but it look good as well.
