Llegué a la puerta a las 22:25 y no hay forma de contactar con ellos, el teléfono deriva a un WhatsApp que no contesta nadie (la repuesta fue al día siguiente a las 9 de la mañana. Me tuve que buscar otro hotel para dormir esa noche. Cuando conseguí entrar el segundo día me dan una habitación (Nº 3) que da a la calle con una venta de aluminio y cristal simple que es usada como mostrador por los clientes de la tienda de alimentación que hay junto al establecimiento. Para no repetir y para no recomendar, la respuesta es NULA pese a que en Booking indican que hay asistencia 24 horas y el WahtsApp dice que de noche es sólo para temas de urgencia. Me costó un taxi extra y una noche en otro hotel sin que hayan dado ninguna respuesta ni ninguna disculpa.
