Petit hôtel de charme, bien situé. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel répond à toutes vos attentes. Cet hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement intérieur - extérieur. Nous avons été décontenancés quant à la superficie de la chambre (N° 11) et de la salle de bain. Celles-ci étaient particulièrement exiguës. La prestation n'était pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel mais par pitié ne louez pas la chambre 11 ou revoyez la tarification à la baisse

Très agréable moment et une vraie convivialité. Le jeune personnel est très sympa , à l écoute et tous très souriants et prêts à rendre service . C est la deuxième année et je revendrai sans hésiter . De plus ce petit hôtel est proche du centre de la baule . Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien un peu comme dans une pension de famille familiale. Le personnel est jeune et très disponible, professionnel et souriant. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces, très calme. Nous y reviendrons

Hôtel correct mais clairement trop cher pour la prestation. Des jeunes à l'accueil charmants mais incapables de gérer un problème majeur: une serrure HS qu'eux mêmes n'arrivent à ouvrir qu'à force de lourds efforts. Personne ne répond à minuit quand nous n'arrivons pas à l'ouvrir! Ils avaient oublié de transférer le téléphone! Ce sont des voisins qui nous ont aidé à ouvrir... On ne pratique pas de tels prix quand on n'ai pas prêt à investir dans quelques travaux indispensables!

Amabilité et prévenance de l'équipe de l’hôtel, proximité du parc des Dryades et de l'océan ainsi que des commerces sont les points forts de cet hôtel. Pour les adeptes du tennis, l'hôtel porte bien son nom.
