Lovely hotel run by friendly couple David and Nadine. Nadine hails from USA so no problems with language ( at least if your first language is English!) . Clean and nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are perfect and light. Sonia can come and give you a massage in a private area near the pool and there is also a hamman. The two dining rooms are perfect - an elegant one for the delicious evening meals and a bright and cheery one for the breakfast buffet. la Bourboule is very small and this hotel is near well- everything. Highly recommend it.

LES DRAPS ET LA DOUCHE ETAIENT SALES, PAS DE CHAUFFAGE, ET UN ACCUEIL DEPLORABLE. IL FAUDRAIT PENSER A CHANGER LA RECEPTIONNISTE ET LES FENETRES. CONCLUSION ON EST PARTI SANS ESSAYER LE RESTAURANT ON EN AVAIT ASSEZ VU. JE NE LE CONSEILLE PAS.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Régina. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, la cuisine excellente, ma chambre était confortable. Mon seul petit regret était de ne pas avoir de lecture pour me distraire dans le salon. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans la Bourboule avec Espace bien être au top Excellent Accueil avec très bon repas le soir et petit déjeuner très copieux ! Nous venions de Rennes avec Une Wonderbox Bien être et nous avons été agréablement surpris du rapport qualité/ prix et du bon Accueil du gérant ! En ville où nous sommes, tout cela dans la même soirée devient extrêmement rare voire impossible / Etant jeunes retraités, nous ne sortons quasiment plus à Rennes où la rentabilité est le seul moteur des commerçants Il y a des Exceptions à la Bourboule cette magnifique ville de cure où nous retournerons certainement !

La décoration de l’établissement est vieillaud mais très propre. Le côté spa est très bien. En revanche, extrêmement déçus de l’accueil. La dame a l’accueil n’est pas souriante, elle a même été désagréable lors de notre départ. Je trouve également cela dommage que le spa soit disponible jusqu’à 22h et qu’à 21h le jacuzzi soit froid piscine pas très chaude il reste plus que le hammam. Dommage.

En demi pension pour quelques jours, nous avons apprécié la qualité gustative irréprochable des dîners (produits frais et cuisinés) proposés dans une jolie salle. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et copieux et l'hôtel est très propre. Nous étions très satisfaits.

Une maison classique ou l'accueil est correct, les chambres vastes et confortables (la clim serait bienvenue en cas de canicule) Formule demi-pension à conseiller pour son prix compétitif et la qualité du dîner. La présence d'une piscine est une bonne surprise.
