Good stay, the hotel is clean. I think it is starting its renovation, too bad there was a smell of cigarette in our corridor and our hair dryer was not working.. the receptionist is however very pleasant thank you Véronique 😉

Basic hotel but large very clean room with good furniture and decor. Bathroom old fashioned but clean. Stairwells a bit dark and dingey. Reasonable breakfast. Excellent location and next to a KFC and a burger restaurant. Staff friendly. Excellent location for the Troyes ring road. Quiet. Good value for a cheap hotel

This hotel sadly did not meet our expectations. The property urgently needs a renovation. We have previously stayed in other premiere classe properties, but this one clearly is the most poor. The positive thing was that we managed to get a five bed-room!!!

No good. Clean sheets and nice staff but the building is f***ed. There is zero sound insulation so I was awake at 230 / 345 / 545. Interconnecting doors so you are basically sharing a room with snoring neighbours. Windows that don’t seal so the midnight smokers chat may as well be with you too. Brit hotel across the way is the same price without the problems. Lesson learned.

The room was not clean. It was obvious that the sheets had been used already. the dustbins were full with waste of previous clients. We also found empty bottles on the table. The room was really not ok.

Hotel bom para quem está de carro, fica próximo ao trevo da rodovia de Dijon para Paris e fica relativamente perto do centro de Troyes. Atenção para a hora do checkin porque entre 13h e 17h não há ninguém na recepção, então é necessário telefonar para o número indicado. O café da manhã é bom e não é caro. Não há elevador, portanto se você tiver muita bagagem peça um quarto no térreo. Há estacionamento.
