Excellent Hotel… Especially considering the value for money. It is certainly not a four star hotel but it is in an excellent location and offers good services... Polite and friendly staff (when there is...) Good parking all around... And there are also some restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel located between a busy boulevard and a public housing project... Around ten parking spaces for 34 rooms, so you have to park in the street on the city side. Mixed reception, not to say cold. Room with a strong smell of tobacco (burn marks on the carpet...), minimalist decor. No shutter, only a curtain, so light from public lighting visible all night. No flexible shower hose, shower head attached directly to the ceiling above a bathtub. Nobody at the breakfast reception, minimalist too. Not a word from the reception staff when we left, not even a return to our 'goodbye'... We had chosen this hotel to avoid the impersonal side of chain hotels, this will remain a very big disappointment...

Hotel on the edge of national Pb soundproofing of the rooms, you can easily follow the conversations of the roommates. Reservation in January: room not heated on arrival: 2° in the room and difficulty heating 1 light summer duvet, no other blankets No breakfast in the room, for a 3 star, it's surprising In the morning , the whole hotel is airy with the doors open with a freezing breakfast room and basic breakfast services. Unless you want to sleep with 2 sweaters, pajamas, socks....flee this hotel which does not not worth your attention
