If you are looking for a vacation where they can lose weight, then this hotel is the right choice for you. For lunch and dinner, you get three meals, although you have paid for an all-inclusive light package. It was more like light than all-inclusive. For lunch we had only watermelon as dessert. For dinner, only one pastry. The options were either pasta with tomato sauce or seafood, for which you had to go to the counter for someone to serve you, so you wouldn't take too much. As if that wasn't enough, these meals were never warm, always lukewarm. Pork once a week, otherwise only fish and sometimes chicken. The self-service food included tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, black and green olives, baguettes, and some mixed salads that you didn't even know what they were because the dish names were not written anywhere. Dinner tables were assigned, you couldn't sit where you wanted. If you want to eat on vacation, don't go to this hotel. The rooms were clean, but I couldn't stay on the balcony because a lady next door was constantly smoking. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel pool was always empty, I wondered why, and then I tried to get in myself. Ice-cold pool, not for me, and I dare say not for others either. The nearest beach to the hotel was smaller, and the hotel had its section there. Some days the sea was clean and clear, other times it was brown and dirty, and sometimes there were waves so big that no one wanted to get in. We flew with the travel agency Čedok, there were no major problems, except that I asked on Čedok's website if you can pay for excursions at their delegate's location with a card. The response was yes. Upon arrival, the delegate told us that he didn't have a terminal and that maybe he would have it next week. Apparently, they have some chaos in that regard.

The breakfast was the big disappointment. All the foods that is supposed to be served hot or to be kept in heated counters were kept on the tables. The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages everything was cold and not pleasant to eat. The coffee tasted like metal. The hotel reception and rooms have no character and looks like hospital. The bar area is nice. The outdoor pool was freezing cold. They have a indoor pool with sauna but charges 25 euro per person for 55 minutes which is ridiculous. The hotel overall was very clean. The staff are really helpful. Special shoutout to Andrea and Mateo. The staff are truly the best.

A nice, clean, friendly hotel, good location, just lacking a little bit of style, character and life. The staff where friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless and well equipped, breakfast was even ok, so nothing really to complain about, and I would return, but the whole hotel was very "clinical" no style, just white box rooms, no nice lounge, no bar to sit at indoors etc. Ok this was Early October, so off season, but there wasn't even any people, I didn't see a single person in the pool most days (its freezing cold), nor at the outside bar (only bar) of an evening, so there was limited atmosphere too. Absolutely 0 entertainment any evenings, again due to being off season. The spa was great though, had to pay 25 euro to use it, but warm pool and nice steam room etc.

Santina was the perfect choice for our holiday during the high season. The hotel was not crowded, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The atmosphere of the hotel was also unique and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The personnel at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to the Manager of the restaurant for the professionalism, availability and customer care. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located close to the sea and offered beautiful views. One downside to our experience at the hotel was the coffee served at breakfast. While the rest of the breakfast options were excellent, the coffee was not up to the same standard. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the boutique hotel on Saridinia to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable hotel experience. The combination of a peaceful atmosphere, excellent personnel, and beautiful location make it a great choice.

I would really like to give more but I can't...new and well-structured structure, friendly and helpful staff but poor quality. Cleaning that isn't cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, SOMETIMES they change the towels and nothing else; breakfast and dinner food (we had half board) was really low quality, with little variety and if a tray ran out it wasn't replaced, at 9pm (in theory until 9.30pm) only the main dish remained, potatoes and sweet croissants... like a supermarket and nothing typical, Sardinia offers so much. Very beautiful and scenic swimming pool but with sand on the bottom which remained for days on end. The last sore point is the beach... it's certainly not the hotel's fault but the beach is very narrow, there was only one row of umbrellas, no shower. Transparent water but a lot of wind, perhaps we were unlucky. There is also a spa but for a fee also for guests and certainly not at a reasonable price, credit card even just to take a sauna or Turkish bath. Unfortunately, the potential is many but little exploited, it's truly a shame

Clearly, it is only in France that a 4-star hotel means a good standard hotel... This hotel is pretty, but... The rooms do not all have a terrace and they are very poorly soundproofed. .. We took the service with breakfast, and honestly having been to other 4 star hotels on other islands (Balearic, Cannary, Crest,...) the breakfast here was not good and poor quality... The fruit juices are industrial (powder diluted in water), the pastries and others are also industrial... We really liked the bar and the swimming pool. Regarding the maintenance of the rooms, it happened that the maids were almost waiting behind the door for us to leave so they could clean, we felt in a hurry. We had a double bed (well 2 beds pushed together to make a double bed) with sheets that did not completely cover the mattress, I found myself sleeping on the mattress (not worthy of a 4 star ). The floors in the rooms were not washed well enough and we could still smell the sand on the floor after the maids had been there. In short, the hotel is beautiful, but the services offered are not worthy of a 4 star... I do not recommend. (I'm ignoring the sort of tax of €126 that we had to pay upon arrival for only 6 nights, INCOMPREHENSIBLE that it was so expensive)

Unique experience! Beautiful structure, we couldn't have chosen better. We opted for a sea view room, very spacious and bright. Cleanliness is also good! Huge pool, great atmosphere, both for families and couples. Super deserved 4 star hotel! I advise ..

I had a great stay at the hotel, the staff are very welcoming, the catering service is great. I totally recommend. The SPA girls are very professional and massage really well! One of the best years I've ever had! Very clean place and I was very satisfied ❤️
