A fantastic hotel, restaurant, food, friendly staff and close to the ski lift. An hour from Geneva airport. Close to ski hire place and bus stop to town. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Ski store room. Not much close by so ate at hotel 3 out of 4 nights. We missed the free ski show.

Lovely little hotel and fantastic staff who can’t do enough for you. Very comfortable rooms with big rads for drying clothes etc. The hotel is right next to a lift which is amazing for skiing etc, also has a boot room for gear. Getting to and from town is a bit tricky in the evening as the bus only runs until around 7pm, but overall I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

Fantastic gem of a hotel in stunning surroundings. Arrived 1st week Jan to plenty of snow. 90min taxi transfer from Geneva. Rooms are basic but great - quiet location, comfy beds, hot shower, adjustable radiator, balcony overlooking Etale ski lift. Lovely continental buffet breakfast and evening meals available, fabulous burgers. 2 ski lifts right next to hotel - U'fredy beginners slope and E'tale for intermediates. Ski storage room available. Very reliable bus service outside hotel (bus no.6) to go to La Clusaz town. Ski hire shop 500m walk or 1 stop on the bus. There is an automated kiosk by the bus stop you can collect your pre-booked lift passes. Would highly recommended this family friendly hotel and staff were very helpful.

A well located hotel for skiers, right next door to the ski lift and a short walk from Jument Ski hire. An exceptionally friendly hotel, where nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Generous European style breakfasts, with a short but Savoie style lunch and diner menu, all delicious. Rooms are comfortable, warm with small bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Ideal for families, groups or couples. Exceptional value, with a lovely family atmosphere, enhanced by the amazing staff. Will be back!

De passage sur la Clusaz en famille cet hôtel était au top. Accueil parfait (souriant et aimable). Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit dej simple mais efficace. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Le calme et la beauté du lieu rajoute encore plus de charme à l'hôtel.

Hôtel familial qui ne paye pas de mine mais dans lequel on s'y sent bien. Le confort est très acceptable pour les deux etoiles, la nourriture y est authentiquement bonne, les tenants assez chaleureux sans trop en faire. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas incroyable je pense que c'est un bon point d'amélioration pour les gérants. Proposer un petit déjeuner plus riche avec un peu plus de choix pourrait être pertinent en préparation d'une journée à la montagne.
