Мы потратили около 20 минут что бы заселиться. Самое важное, что я бы хотела отметить, что вы будете называть свои персональные данные оператору по громкой связи в здании, включая номер документа, дату выдачи и действия, номер телефона. Ваши данные будет слышать вся гостиница - это не безопасно.
Сам номер не большой, но чистый и очень холодный.
Слышимость ужасная, вы будете слышать каждый шаг.
Если вы после заселения подумали, что 7 кругов ада пройдены, то хочу вас огорчить, когда вы выйдите из гостиницы, каждый раз по возвращению, вам придется звонить оператору и доказывать, что вы не ишак и вы хотите попасть в свой номер.
Это ужасно не удобно и не понятно.
Меня огорчил этот опыт организации процессов.

The room had 3 beds and one of them was much more uncomfortable than the other two. The room was clean and correct. The worst thing was that the smell of frying came in as soon as you opened the window of the restaurant below. Either you opened the window and it smelled bad, or you got roasted by the heat. The attention of the staff was very good
