Estafadores, no contraten con ellos! Aprovecharon la ocasión de no tener contratada la cancelación para NO devolvernos el importe debido a desastre natural por los incendios en esas fechas. Nos comunicamos varias veces a través de diversas vías y su negativa fue rotunda. Tienen firmado con BOOKING una cláusula específica en sus condiciones generales de entrega que les obliga legalmente a devolver el importe debido a causa mayor, sobre todo, debido a que NO fue nuestra culpa el no poder acceder al alojamiento, literalmente nos fue prohibido el acceso por las autoridades, además de que todos los trenes estuvieron cancelados. En resumen, tras perder las vacaciones tirados en Chamartín y volver a nuestras casas decepcionados nos encontramos con que ni BOOKING en su papel de intermediario, ni el alojamiento cumple sus imperativos legales. Para replantearse no volver a contratar con ninguno de ellos. Juzguen ustedes mismos.
