After 5:00 p.m. there is no one at the reception There is no elevator We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and we had no towels in the bathroom, communication was difficult, they sent us to look in a closet and there was only one towel (we were two) they were delivered to us the next day and broken

The hostal is good..the bed is good. service unfriendly. The shower door was so red that it fell against us. So n 3 dividers... And I'm sure that we didn't have the room category that I had booked. After an otherwise nice holiday in nice hotels, the full descent...but we didn't want to get upset...successful

It is right in the center, near the port and Riazor beach. Area to walk on foot and very close to the Plaza de María Pita and the shopping areas. The room has a large TV and curtains. My room had a very cool balcony which I was delighted with. Good value for money.

When we arrived we had to wait a long time until they answered to explain how we could receive the key. Then walking into the room the curtain fell off and the walls in the room and bathroom had stains from killing mosquitoes. They could clean the walls.

Muy ruidoso, imposible descansar. Nos ha tocado una habitación interior, ruido del resto de huéspedes, ruido de la puerta principal y eso que era una 3 planta, imposible poder descansar. Las instalaciones muy antiguas y se escucha la cisterna del de abajo, la ducha, ….. Para ir en plan tranquilos y pasar una noche o un par de noches no lo recomiendo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación en pleno centro.

Es una hostal perfecto para pasar unos dias con amigos. Buena relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones estan bien pero no estan muy bien insonorizadas. El trato con Erica es muy proximo y agradable. Sin duda volveriamos.
