I saw other people already reviewed about this resort. No need to repeat what they said. What I want to say that the sale's agents usually market people staying there. So I wanted to say that they tried to sell their units by saying they are Fractional Ownership and not Timeshare....They use a different marketing company (In my case is Capital Marketing) to rent out your units and resale your other Timeshares. They said they guaranteed the rentals and resale by stating the payments in certain set dates etc. The tactic is for you to buy their units but then you would have a problem of getting the payments for your rental and resale as they promised, as in my case! It's an empty promise written in a note but it doesn't lead you anywhere and no one to follow up with....

They present you a Marketing cie to sell your old timeshare and promise to pay 1 year later ....THEY NEVER PAID and Capital Marketing disapeared from the web. ARTURO VERA and DANTE BERA are LIARS. They don't call you back and do nothing to help you. We went back to meet them ... samething: THEY'RE LYING. Stay away !!!

My First Stay at My Kovay Residences – An Incredible Experience! I just had my first stay at my ownership in the residences at Kovay, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The accommodations were beyond what I had hoped for—spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable, making for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while, and the overall setup of the room was just perfect. One of the highlights of my trip was a fantastic dinner with my family at the nearby lighthouse. Watching a breathtaking sunset while enjoying the catch of the day made for an unforgettable evening. It was one of those special moments that added even more value to the experience. I’ll admit, when I first made my purchase, I had some doubts. Sales presentations can sometimes feel too good to be true, and reading mixed reviews online didn’t help. But I decided to see for myself, and I’m so glad I did. Everything has exceeded my expectations, and I now feel completely confident in my decision. This first stay has been truly amazing, and I can’t wait to return year after year. If you’re on the fence about it, I highly recommend giving it a chance—you might end up just as pleasantly surprised as I was!

Kovay Gardens and an offer from a marketing company = FRAUD and LIES. Don't believe what salespeople tell you when they offer you a marketing plan to sell your current timeshare so you can buy theirs. YOU'LL NEVER GET PAID and you'll have 1 more timeshare to pay for! Kovay Gardens (formerly VALLARTA GARDENS) does not sign the Marketing Company document and defends itself from any responsibility attributable to these Marketing Companies, even if the seller writes you that the two companies are linked: EVERYTHING IS WRONG because Kovay Gardens doesn't sign the contract with the marketing company, and hasn't for SEVERAL years. Vallarta Gardens changes Marketing Company after a while but it's all the same. See also similar comments on other sites such as YELP. Here's one of the customer service responses: « While Dante Bera may have made certain statements during the sales process, our company is not responsible for agreements made with third-party marketing companies. Capital Marketing is not owned by Kovay Gardens, and we do not manage or oversee their operations. If you were told otherwise, I encourage you to refer back to your contract, as the only binding agreements are those explicitly stated in it. Regarding vendor statements, while our sales representatives provide information about the resort and memberships, everything agreed upon in the purchase of your membership is outlined in your contract. If a salesperson offered an additional service, that does not create a contractual obligation on our part. We can only adhere to what is documented in the contract.

We had an incredible experience at this stunning resort with its exceptionally friendly staff. The market and surrounding areas are far more enjoyable than the hustle and bustle of central PV. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from cuisine to engaging local culture, ensuring that each moment offered relaxation, excitement, and unforgettable memories while immersing me in the true spirit of paradise.

The reviews you see on this site must, must reflect on only a vacation stay. They provide a nice presentation BUT.. The 5,6,7 days spent there only are fine but if you buy, its a complete SCAM. Fraudulent for certain. Thousands of dollars will be lost. RUN.. They'll get you a good price open a Barclay's or Chase account for the down payment and never deliver their end. If you sell your resort or trade it, say bye bye to your moneyin the greater thousands. I know of more than 200 poeple that have been scamed by Kovay Gardens in the millions. This is NOT a joke.
