We arrived here for a sales talk about fractional ownership and/or investment opportunities. Beautiful grounds right on the beach in Riviera Nayarit. We were offered a lovely breakfast with a seasoned sales representative who promised a "no pressure" talk, and a tour of the facility. It was an interesting almost 3 hr experience.

Great resort with your own beach. Had never been to a resort that was not a mega supersized with lots of people. This resort was peaceful and quiet with great staff and great beach with a lighthouse restaurant that the kids loved. Will definitely be back.

Kovay Gardens has defrauded more than 50 customers in the several thousands. Offer to buy your resort and you buy into theirs. You will not see your money. It's gone. I saw other people already reviewed about this resort. No need to repeat what they said. What I want to say that the sale's agents usually market people staying there. So I wanted to say that they tried to sell their units by saying they are Fractional Ownership and not Timeshare....They use a different marketing company (In my case is Capital Marketing) to rent out your units and resale your other Timeshares. They said they guaranteed the rentals and resale by stating the payments in certain set dates etc. The tactic is for you to buy their units but then you would have a problem of getting the payments for your rental and resale as they promised, as in my case! It's an empty promise written in a note but it doesn't lead you anywhere and no one to follow up with....

This resort is a scam. Do not stay here. Over sell then they never deliver. They only have a very limited amount of rooms available with no ability to service the so called “members”. Money grab and run. “We will look into why you haven’t received your payment for selling your weeks”. “Give us a couple of days”. Then it goes silent. You never hear a word.

My First Stay at My Kovay Residences – An Incredible Experience! I just had my first stay at my ownership in the residences at Kovay, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The accommodations were beyond what I had hoped for—spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable, making for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while, and the overall setup of the room was just perfect. One of the highlights of my trip was a fantastic dinner with my family at the nearby lighthouse. Watching a breathtaking sunset while enjoying the catch of the day made for an unforgettable evening. It was one of those special moments that added even more value to the experience. I’ll admit, when I first made my purchase, I had some doubts. Sales presentations can sometimes feel too good to be true, and reading mixed reviews online didn’t help. But I decided to see for myself, and I’m so glad I did. Everything has exceeded my expectations, and I now feel completely confident in my decision. This first stay has been truly amazing, and I can’t wait to return year after year. If you’re on the fence about it, I highly recommend giving it a chance—you might end up just as pleasantly surprised as I was!
