After I posted this review on Google Maps the hotel responded in an attempt to justify taking my $600 and saying that they understand my disappointment, so I’m including a response to that in this review: I booked two rooms for four people for four nights through ******* for June 2025 nine months in advance, but we were not sure yet of the exact nights, so I meant to reserve it and pay when we arrived. However, I mistakenly paid for the rooms when I made the booking. When I tried to change the reservation to a week later and make it for five nights instead of four, I realized the mistake and tried to make the change and pay for an additional night, but because I booked the rooms at the non-refundable rate, they would not change it, even though I would have booked for an additional night. I contacted the hotel directly and they said I had to make the request through *******. I made the request through *******, and the hotel refused it, again, even though I would have spent more money in the end. So, I had to cancel the reservation completely, and of course, I made the final 5-night reservation at another property. That means this hotel is keeping my money and they will be able to give my rooms to another customer and make twice as much money. I guess being greedy can pay off after all. I don’t know if that’s the French way or just this hotel’s way, I come to Paris every couple of years and I definitely will never stay here, nor will my friends. No, you don’t understand my disappointment because it’s not costing you US$600. I’m a disabled U.S. Army veteran, and that’s 1/3 of my monthly income. I know how I booked the reservation. As I said, it was a stupid accident because humans are not perfect. I clicked the wrong button. I tried to correct it through ******* and I was willing to pay extra for the change, but ******* said that you, the property, would not allow the change when they contacted you. This is your way of making twice as much money on the two rooms, and nothing less. There will not be a next time because you already have my money for two rooms for four nights in June that I can’t use. Maybe I’m not smart, but I’m not stupid enough to give you more money. Unfortunately, these are the chances one takes when booking a hotel in another country through the internet. It shouldn’t be this way, but it is.

clean rooms, very comfortable bed, small downside the carpet but I'm allergic so that's up to me. On the other hand, this is the 4th brithotel that we have done since our trip and it is the first time that I said to ourselves that a dress code should take place when we see the young girl with her phone slipped into her tight leggings with her top where we can see the anatomy of her body, she must have made a mistake with the gym!!!! , what indecency!!! moreover this same person who allows himself to jostle you in the corridor loaded with towels to take the elevator on Sunday without apologizing and claiming that it is loaded and therefore has priority. It's just a thought that our whole group discussed it on Saturday at the wedding, so shocked by this casual attitude. Thanks to the security guard for his help and a star for the lady with the flower in her hair for her patience and understanding of everyone's requirements when we arrived as a group, with a smile she was able to satisfy our requests.

This is a very basic hotel. Our room was clean, but my brother's room was not. The bathroom is small, but adequate. The worst part about this hotel was the incompetence of the desk staff. I had made the booking using my credit card. My husband upon registering us gave them his. The hotel staff then charged us double for the same room, and charged us different prices. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week now, and they keep refusing. This is a dishonest and woefully inept set-up!

I have stayed at this hotel in recent years and found it to be quite good however I have just returned yesterday The Hotel has deteriated , rooms need a complete revamp, smells of cigarettes The breakfast was almost non existent, very poor standard and quality I recommend people look elsewhere I will not stay here again

Non abbiamo dormito in albergo, siamo venuti a fare colazione sabato mattina. Accoglienza molto calorosa, niente di cui lamentarsi al nostro arrivo, la receptionist sorridente ci ha guidato, ci ha installato ed è venuta a vedere se andava tutto bene, eravamo tranquilli e molto a nostro agio ed è quello che cercavamo in questo periodo di lutto. Abbiamo visto clienti soddisfatti della presenza di questa receptionist dinamica e sorridente. Grazie a Edwige che era al nostro servizio come menzionato sul suo distintivo, perché hai regalato di nuovo un sorriso a mia moglie con i tuoi bellissimi orecchini a fiori e la tua gentilezza. Grazie per non averci affrettato a partire e per essere lì. Torneremo in altre circostanze e consiglieremo questo ristorante per la colazione.

Premier contact téléphonique à 23h le 5 janvier,la personne ne comprends pas ce que je dis. J'arrive @ 2h30du matin devant l'hôtel je sonne et personne ne répond. A 3h on me répond qu'il n'y a pas de possibilité. Nous sommes partis alors que le parking semblait vide. Mon frère est arrivé le 6 janvier vers 19h, accueil de la réceptionniste chaleureux et souriant. Il n'a pas posé de question , mais a croisé nous supposons la personne de nuit à 21h, nonchalante et sur son téléphone en train de fumer, sans se soucier de quoique se soit. Pourquoi avoir des employés non motivés la nuit alors que les gens cherchent du travail.... La maladresse des uns ne devant pas priver les autres. C'est pour cela que nous mettrons tout de même de bonnes appréciations.

Au tél le réceptionniste n'avait pas l'air de s'y connaître samedi matin. Arrivé accueil sympathique de la réceptionniste, literie convenable chambre propre. Petit dej il y avait ce qu'il fallait mais les croissants été infectes au goût. Mon fils demande au réceptionniste du beurre il n'a pas été bien reçu nous avons attendu qu'il finisse sa cigarette pour avoir ce que l'on avait demandé.Vraiment pas professionnel et aigri et malaisant dès le matin.alors que le veilleur de nuit souriant et au taquet été sympathique. Heureusement que le professionnalisme des uns était là.

Beaucoup mais vraiment beaucoup trop cher on ne comprend pas les 3 étoiles sur un tel établissement. Personnel sympathique heureusement ! Hôtel B & B n'a que 2 étoiles et c'est bien mieux. Brit hôtel votre petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 9,50 euros non plus !
