This 17th century Manoir is located on the quiet outskirts of Cherbourg de Cotentin. The Manoir is surrounded by beautiful trees and plants from around the world. The house is elegantly decorated and the hosts are very kind, welcoming and warm. Breakfast was freshly made and exquisitely prepared.

We cannot praise our stay here enough. Emmanuel and Michel are so welcoming and their attention to detail is outstanding. The house is stunning and the setting is tranquil. The gardens have some very unusual plants which have been collected over several years. Would definitely recommend and will return ourselves one day.

Should you seek comfort, history and a beautiful botanic haven just outside Cherbourg, this is the place to stay. Charming hosts, Emanuele and Michel welcome you to share their amazing 'castle' on the Cotentin Peninsula amongst a landscape of unusual plants where total peace and tranquility abounds - a veritable treasure trove for gardeners and those in need of rest and relaxation. Breakfasts are a sumptuous affair amongst a sea of fine china with offerings of scrumptious fruit and pastries and with such an abundance of food, any remaining is packed to take with you. Whether visiting D Day beaches, or just Normandy itself, Le Manoir de la Fieffe is the place to stay.

Emmanuel and Michael have created a beautiful refuge for exploring the Cotentin Peninsula of Normandy. Their B&B is fantastic! Every morning at breakfast, we were delighted by the table setting and were offered fresh fruit, coffee or tea, yogurt, eggs, and local pastries. And if we didn't finish the pastries, Michael packed them up so we could take them with us on our daily travels. Our room in the main house was perfectly designed and had the cutest tea cart I have ever seen. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all the amenities this princess requires. I dream of going back!

We were lucky to have one of the suites. Very very spacious with a separate bathroom, separate toilet and a secondary smaller bedroom. All in a precious unique antique setting. The owners of the place are super friendly and you are welcomed in a fantastic manner. They also give you fine tips what to visit and where to eat in town. Did I mention that the breakfast is extraordinary (with opera music in the background)? And that there is a big private parking space in front of the manoir? You should not hesitate: if there is a room available, book it right away! Highly, very highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful experience at Le Manoir de la Fieffe. The hosts were so sweet, accommodating, and helpful.
We arrived too late to go shopping and were able to buy a bottle of wine from the hosts to enjoy the evening outside in their wonderfully maintained garden.
The place is just romantic, the rooms exquisitely decorated and clean. The breakfast was delicious with fruits, cheese, and freshly backed pastries.
We will - for sure - come back again!

This is a superb place in a beautiful, quiet, rural setting and far exceeded expectations. The spacious suite was decorated with taste and attention to detail, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a delight. We will definitely be back..
