la experiencia ha sido muy buena ubicación buenas vistas y personal agradable. Recomiendo 100 × 100 aunque debo destacar un par de cosas que nos ocurrieron. Se puede cenar o comer mediante menú o a la carta. La primera noche cenamos menú y un plato a la carta, todo muy rico bastante cantidad. La segunda noche optamos también por cenar en el Hotel. Repetimos menú y carta. El menú en el segundo día costaba 20 €. Pedimos una sopa de pollo de toda la vida y de segundo merluza a la romana, y unas berenjenas. Las berenjenas estaban buenísimas pero nos sentimos estafados por la cantidad del menú ya que el día anterior vino mucho más cantidad y costaba solamente 18 €. El plato de la merluza romana venía un poquito de arroz un poquito de patatas fritas y un trozo muy pequeño de merluza, la cantidad era prácticamente de un menú infantil por lo demás estaba rica. Que realmente nos fastidió, fue que en el último día al lado de nuestra habitación, pared con pared, a las 7:30 de la mañana empezaron a hacer obra. nuestra salida era a las 12 debido al ruido no pudimos dormir. Lo comentamos a la recepción y solo nos pidieron disculpas. Deben tener en cuenta el descanso de sus clientes.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Además admite mascotas. El spa es muy agradable, así como la cafetería y restaurante. La ubicación es muy buena para moverse por La Iruela, Cazorla y el Parque Natural. El personal es muy agradable y atento.

Solo puedo decir que expectativas más que superadas. La ubicación, el entorno, las instalaciones, inmejorables para mi y mi familia. La calidad del servicio, la profesionalidad, atención y cariño de todos y cada uno de los empleados de cada departamento, súper cercanos e implicados con el huésped. La comida muy buena también tanto de la cafetería como del restaurante. Aluciné con el flotarium en el spa y me di un par de masajes que me dejaron nueva... Conclusión: No me quería ir de allí... Millones de gracias a todos los que formais parte de este maravilloso rinconcito de paz y "buen vivir", enhorabuena!!

Es un hotel bonito, con unas vistas espectaculares, la habitación con decoración marroquí que no entendimos. El baño un horror. La ducha se salía por todos lados. el agua del inodoro toda la noche saliendo sin parar. las toallas de la piscina la cobran como fianza, 10 euros cada una que te devuelven si la entregas a partir de las 5 en la recepción del spa, una planta más abajo. parking de pago. 7 euros al sol y 10 en un espacio cubierto. Personal de recepción excelente. Muy atentos y amables . la piscina muy buena, con vistas extraordinarias

Ideal para desconectar,en un paraje de tranquilidad y bonitas vistas al estar a pie de montaña,rodeado de fincas de olivos,tienen spa,buen trato personal,buffet y bonitas y comodas habitaciones.Muy Recomendable para repetir.Gracias!!

Muy buena estancia, para nuestra sorpresa teníamos reserva para el de tres estrellas y nos alojamos en el de cuatro, además teniamos incluido dos horas en el spa. Muy bueno como puerta de entrada al parque natural. Muy buen servicio y personal muy profesional.
