Your house is 10 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in La Jolla. Stroll though the village day or night and enjoy the sites. This house boasts 3,250 square feet of living spaces with a beautiful outdoor deck. As you walk in to the house, you will see the vast living room and kitchen that spans out onto the deck with the accordion style doors that allow the inside/outside to come together. This is a tri-level home with the bottom floor offering a bit of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a game room for the kids on the bottom floor which is perfect to occupy the little ones for the days that you want to relax in the house. The main floor is where everyone comes together. As you can see in the pictures, there is ample room for all to eat and sit comfortably. You can enjoy a barbeque on the deck, and everyone sitting together inside or outside, while others watch TV or converse. There are a total of 5 bedrooms on the top floor which includes two master suites, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own style.
