Very nice room, in a very nice hotel, but...
- almost no windows which makes the room (number 7) almost blind
- twin beds not joined together and which slide at the slightest movement (a large double bed at this level of standing would have been normal).

I highly recommend this excellent hotel, great location, a very pleasant and exceptional, personable staff with warm, sincere smiles. Both my check in and check out were a breeze. Great breakfast buffet and I had a lovely room. Looking forward to returning!

We normally expect a certain standard when travelling with HF Holidays. This hotel fell way below our expectations. In particular the evening meal was always disappointing. We had to choose the day before from poor descriptions but was basically meat, fish and vegetarian. Occasionally they were all unappetising and in summary, very poor value for money. Luckily the walking was very good and the ability to buy own packed lunches elsewhere was adequate. Breakfast was tolerable - just.

It is very rare to find a hotel in the plus 100 euro price range that does not have tea and coffee making facilities and plug sockets for charging phones and laptop etc. I had to unplug lamps to charge anything. There is a kitchenette and dining table, with fridge and cooktop, but absolutely nothing else. Two teacups and a pot, but no way to make tea or coffee!! No plates, cutlery, pots or anything! Very bizarre waste of space. Bed clean and comfy but generally a bit dated decor. I was in the older building with car park under. The sign for their parking is a huge locked door, so very easy to drive past and park in the large public car park opposite. They need to give clear directions to get in. Lovely reception lady with great English and very patient with me after I arrived stressed driving around trying to park for so long.

Lovely hotel right at the heart of Laguna on one of the main plazas. Interior surrounds of polished wood in traditional Spanish style. Our room was spacious with small kitchen area. Very comfortable bed . The staff all very friendly and helpful. I’m pretty sure we will be back

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a walking trip in the island. Spacious room, good facilities, decent buffet breakfast, good bar and dinner served was good. Excellent location at centre of town and nearby to several cafes, bars/restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite with private terrace could not fault this room excellent Fridge was full of complimentary beer champagne soft drinks and water Plenty of towels there was robes and slippers Didn’t want to leave Going back as soon as possible Breakfast good the staff were helpful especially Sara on reception Fabulous So near to all restaurants and all city has to offer and private parking what’s not to love

Disappointing stay. Room comfortable and big, and clean. However, windows grubby. Bath took 30 mins to run, and jacuzzi function didn't work. No information on spa. Food adequate, but not outstanding, and evening service in cafe slow. Well located in old part of city. We stayed nearby en route to airport at the Laguna Gran... much better and recommend.
