I am writing this with honesty and mindfulness.
It’s a trauma experience. I have been treat toxically.
I wish this hotel bankrupt soon.
GM female in the hotel has very negative melicouis attitude. First as GM, she works in restaurant as a host. Second, when I kindly ask if I could order food back to room since I had a long tired skiing day. She looked at me melicouisly say: no! It’s the law!! Can’t order food service in room. U have to eat here!!! Then I said: ok. Let’s order here.
She said: do u have reservation? I said: no I just arrived. But look restaurant is empty. Can I just sit, eat and go back room to rest?
She said: no. If you have no reservation.
Finally after waited 10 mins in empty restaurant, I finally sit and have my meal. Next day, I left at 6am, like my pants on fire leave this negativity place ASAP
This place have to close busniess!
Be honest, she has mental issure of her own life and reflect her anger on Customers. It’s a tragedy for hotel owner to have a GM like this. It’s so bad for business. I will def not come back. I saw so many other bad review too.
Location:
No shuttle bus, so I have to uber in out cost 60€ around trip to moutier train. Include hotel fee. Around 150€, and you get this **** service. With this money, you can book something closer to train or skiing resort much nicer and skiing in out place.

A friend and I stayed at this hotel/spa resort for 4 nights in September and I’m so pleased we did. We had a fabulous stay using all the spa facilites and walking along the general paths. There was also a lovely market on Mon. Our stay was Mon-Thurs and if you have no real reason to go on the week-end then I would recommend this time as it will be less busy. The chef is a dream and we enjoyed gastronomic meals every evening. But by far the best part of our stay was the lovely director Germain Dheilly who was so attentive, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed passing time with him in the evenings chatting in the bar. He genuinely wants you to have a good experience and is only too happy to resolve any problems. He is an absolutely delight and a credit to this establishment.

Les chambres ne correspondent pas du tout avec ce qui est affiché sur Internet. Je voyage très régulièrement dans les hôtels et c'est la première fois que je suis autant déçu d'un établissement. La chambre ne correspond pas du tout à la qualité affichée et pretendue. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre ils n'ont rien voulu entendre ni aucun effort ou on m'a largement fait comprendre que je n'étais qu'un numéro. Bien évidemment j'avais payé ma chambre en avance aucune possibilité de remboursement non plus. Quand au restaurant on en parlera même pas une véritable catastrophe. Si je devais mettre une note sur 20 ce serait un zéro pointé.

L hôtel est bien situé dans la vallée. Il a été rénové avec goût. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Grand parking gratuit, borne tesla. Spa avec piscine non autorisé aux enfants de moins de 14 ans. Petit déjeuner correct. Le bémol venant du manque de personnel au niveau du restaurant le soir et le matin au petit déjeuner.

Un week-end incroyable, nous venons régulièrement et nous sommes toujours autant amoureux de cet hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du spa sont agréables et professionnels. Le spa est toujours aussi incroyable. Une mention spéciale pour la literie qui est d'une qualité hors pair. Les hôtesse que ce soit à l'accueil de l'hôtel ou du spa sont toujours très sympathiques et accueillantes.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre zéro. Comment vous dire ? La publicité de cet hôtel est mensongère, les photos non conformes. Le restaurant est de piètre qualité, attendez vous à attendre et manger du surgelé hors de prix. Nous avons été malades. Les chambres sont sales et le personnel de l'accueil désagréable. Des voleurs. Fuyez!

Point positif: la qualité des lits et oreillers moelleux confort (j’ai envie d’acheter les mêmes) Point négatif: quand j’ai réservé je suis tombée sur une bonne personne mais ensuite j’ai du modifier certaines choses et horaires car c’était une surprise pour mon conjoint.. et la l’impression de déranger, on nous renvoie l’image d’être bête et embêtant alors qu’on viens pour se détendre, au bar le monsieur était frustré je pense.. on a cette impression d’être de trop dans cet hôtel et alors quand on pose des questions pour juste être informé ..on gêne 😵 j’ai emmené mon chéri la bas car c’est une eau thermale.. pas si bonne visiblement car on est reparti avec des sécheresses et des démangeaisons, chose qu’on a jamais eu dans les autres établissement.
