The location was good and the room was spacious, so it was very comfortable to stay. However, the bathroom sink did not drain well, which was inconvenient. I would stay there again.

The size of the duplex room, incredible!! Breakfast a delight. Very well located, not far from the center and stations and close to the tram. Very pleasant staff, I'm not from the area at all and when leaving I forgot something I wanted and they kindly sent it back to my home! I highly recommend this hotel! For business or vacation. THANKS !

Unwelcoming staff... I should have looked at the reviews before booking 🤬😡😠!!!! Disreputable establishment...we were forced to cancel our reservation of 6 nights (for a trip planned in 4 months) for reasons beyond our control (flight canceled), the manager did not want to hear anything and refused to reimburse us, justifying it with "general conditions"... no kindness but contempt and disdain...!!! It is shameful

Very poorly received by Bénédicte. Obviously, she knows how to smile but she has "her faces".. concerning me cold, stressful and unprofessional reception. The other receptionists are neutral but do not know how to smile or be polite... 🤷♂️ Pleasant room apart from the outside noise of the expressway which passes through the ventilation grilles. 😱😱😱 Clean room and 2nd positive point: the breakfast lady/professional and friendly.
