Arrived at the accommodation around 8 pm, no receptionist, only a male caretaker. We wanted to go to Khao Yai Island the next day. 09.00-12.00 should be in time for check-out, no later than 13.00, so we didn't think to ask the receptionist who we hadn't seen since check-in. At 9 am, the tour driver picked us up, so we told the receptionist that we would like to go back to the room to shower before check-out. The staff said we could leave our bags because there would be more guests staying there. This was quite a bad feeling because we were disappointed from the start when we didn't see the receptionist during check-in. The room we booked was a suite with 2 rooms that were connected, but what we actually got were 2 normal rooms facing each other with a shared bathroom that was connected, meaning that the 2 rooms shared a bathroom (4 guests shared 1 bathroom).
