Beautiful hotel, couldn’t fault anything, staff were friendly, breakfast very good buffet style, beautiful pools, extremely clean everywhere, a little remote but we had a hire car so not a problem. About €15 for a taxi to Benidorm. Only downside but only a personal opinion, as a 5* it should have tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but we just popped down the road to the Chineese supermarket and purchased a kettle and mugs for under £20 Also charging for patrons to park at the hotel seemed steep at €19 a night which they reduced to €15 a night as we were there for a week. But all in all a really nice stay… With the most comfortable beds!!!!

Fantastic hotel only had b&b option but breakfast was really nice rooms clean and well decorated pools and bars excellent very friendly staff but will leave you alone unless you make the effort first all in a wonderful week and hopefully back again soon thanks to all

We stayed for the weekend in July on a b&b basis and we'd booked a junior suite room. Check in was fine although the room wasn't ready until 4pm so we used to spa to change and headed to the pool. The pool areas are gorgeous and there are always available loungers. Our room (118) and was amazing. Lovely and spacious and clean with extra touches like the robes and slippers and shampoo, conditioner and toothbrushes. We had a private garden with loungers and a shower. We seriously couldn't have asked for any more. Breakfast was great and served til 11am. The drinks from the poolside bar are pricey and you can't pay with cash either. The menu is also a little bit random. We did find the receptionists spoke really good English and we tried our best to communicate in Spanish with the lifeguards and cleaners etc, after all we were in Spain not England! Taxi into benidorm of an eve was 15 euros and it was nice to be able to come back to a relaxing, quiet hotel to get a good night's sleep in the early hours! Would definitely return.

Great Hotel, Clean, Staff Friendly. Pool Bar service was a bit slow could be waiting up to 30 minutes for a drink at times. Perfect for an adult getaway rather than a family break :-)

Beautiful hotel with nice pool, rooms, great beds…. Only have to work on the extra touch in small details which I hope they will like coffee machine on rooms, glasses amd a little personally touch like service at the pool
