The hotel is quite high compared to other buildings nearby so we got a good view of La Paz (and with snow mountain). The room was clean and nice!

Really very helpful staff who communicated well in English. The location is great and the rooms are beyond expectations given the modest price charged by the hotel. The breakfast was adequate rather than expansive. This suited me because I went on tours and hardly had time to have a huge breakfast.
Definitely a hotel that serves your needs as a traveler without a hefty price tag. The central location was convenient and allowed your groups to pick up for excursions

Great Hotel! Good Location and very clean. Service was awesome, especially Allejandro. When there was a problem about the laundry he fixed it even in the middle of the night. Not too many different breakfast options, but taste was good. Recommend this place if you are in this area.

Buenas, estuve con un grupo de 17 pasajeros, por 2 noches el 21 y el 24 de Febrero y debo comentar que el servicio, las instalaciones del hotel, la comida y el personal resulto expectacular, la ubicacion estrategica, un hotel completamente nuevo, aprovecho para mandar un saludo de parte de la Agencia Emivaltur de Cuenca Ecuador, regresaria con gusto al hotel. 100 x 100 recomendable.

Me encantó la atención de alta calidad de Alejandro, es un chico muy cálido amable y sociable. La chica de limpieza hacen buen trabajo. Gracias por la chocolatina. El desayuno muy variado recomendado. Para los que sufren del mal de altura se le recomienda el té en el piso 7.
