My husband and I are long-term guests in this hotel and we both have nothing but excellent things to say about his hotel. The rooms are very clean, well kept. Kitchen is well equipped. Front desk staff is very nice, helpful and curteous. Specifically I'd like to point out Charity - Operations manager, who was extremely responsive to all our needs. We couldn't ask for more and no doubt we made a perfect choice! We already made arrangements to come back here.

Great experience with stay for long, I booked a 7 days accommodation to La Porte and it was very cheap, I highly recommend this hotel, I am happy and I will always use this candlewood for my stays while in the area, big up

We visited this hotel the last month The staff were very great and quality service , also the rooms were cleaned and comfortable bed. it has a fantastic location for the people that visit the while in town for work. Will recommend this hotel for all people that to travel this city

Wonder staff that's always willing to help and answer questions. Near the highway but far enough away to not hear traffic. Great places to eat near by. Also, great amenities. Would stay again anytime and would recommend

The staff was wonderful and so friendly. Problem with getting the TV on and they came straight up and got if fixed. The room was clean and loved there was ice in the freezer and it was quiet. Loved the pillows and they weren’t flat like so many places are. My problem was that they charged me $25. A night for 3 nights. $75.00 total for my dog. The grass out front on the other side of the bushes that was the length of the hotel, sidewalk, lit and a very nice area, was trashed and wish I would have taken a photo. I mean 3 different wine bottles, grocery bags on the bushes…garbage everywhere. No busted glass thank goodness. To charge that much money to have “a” 45 lb dog that was very well behaved and an owner that cleans up after her. I was so disappointed in the condition of the grounds. As much as I enjoyed my stay, I wouldn’t stay there again with a dog.
