First time I came the first time to this hotel and place as a recommendation from a friend and when I arrived after the breakfast the staff was not around and cleaning and there was nobody at the bar in the morning and I had to wait so long for a coffee. Two guys was standing in the restaurant and I asked them if there is somebody that can help me for just a coffee but they just told me I must go back and someone will come but only after 15min I managed to get a coffee not good I decide to leave and go to the corner shop down the road that gave me much better welcome and service. I decided to stay at the hotel and give them a second chance and this time much better the bar staff very friendly and welcoming and the food was good. Would recommend the Pha Thai. The rooms: Basic very gray and decor needs some color for the price maybe not the best compared to the quality the reception its so amazing and when you get to the rooms it’s very dull. Toilet super small. The bed very comfortable and rooms is clean. But over all I like the bar staff so 5 star. Thank you for a great stay see you next time.

Verry nice restaurant and personnel, This hotel was so warm and cozy, all details with care taken care of, best variety for breakfast.Nice place to stay for a long time to make you feel like home! Definetely will come again here!

This hotel is overpriced and offers none of the amenities you would expect of a four star establishment. I’d booked it based on my very positive experience at the Mercure in Pau. It was disappointing. No pool and no parking. There is a multi-storey car park on the same street but if you drive anything larger than a Smart Car you’ll be stuck for a space. It was also full. The room- advertised as a superior room- was tiny and offered no soap, shampoo, cainditioner, vanity kit or shower cap that was provided in Pau. A bottle dispensing all purpose soap does not count when the overnight price was 194 euros - no breakfast included. Dinner was overpriced. The bar was over priced and over decorated stuffed with endless trinkets.

Chambre inadmissible pour un prix de 160€ avec petit déjeuner. Pas de chauffage. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.Ils ne m’ont pas envoyé d’enquête de satisfaction . J’ai l’habitude de dormir dans ce type d’hôtel, c’est de loin ma pire expérience.

Cette compagnie Avianca est à FUIR. Ma cousine avait un billet aller retour Bogotá Paris et au moment du check in a l'aéroport parce qu'elle voyageait avec une mineur dixit avianca même ils n'ont voulu rien savoir. En fait ils sont sur booké et on l'a laissé sur place avec une mineur de 10 ans. Est-ce juste? Malheureusement on oeut rien faire avec cette compagnie sauf l'éviter. Payez un peu plus et vous serez tranquille. TRES MAUVAISE COMPAGNIE.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec un parking publique à côté. Le restaurant est très bon ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel a été très agréable. La chambre était propre et confortable mais il y avait un fort bruit de ventilation qui persistait même avec la climatisation éteinte. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans charme.
