The hotel service, a 10. All the staff, fantastic. Cleaning too. And the breakfast more than correct.
The only thing is that, being a Parador, a more unique structure is to be expected. Arches of the old cloister aside, it is a very normal hotel, with facilities in which there is nothing to highlight.
There is an indoor pool.

Hello, I stayed in room 201, I do not recommend it to anyone who is bothered by the noise, excessive noise from clients walking, as well as from the cleaning carts or cleaning staff who have a room next to the bed, and the extreme noise from an engine that I never knew what it was, started to sound at 6am. I used headphones. And the bed is two singles, if you go as a couple, those beds are useless, oh just let them go to sleep. I paid for a double one and received that double one that I didn't want. Another thing that I saw was terrible was that the internet signal was very bad in that room. The service was good by the staff, I did not eat in the restaurant, since it was by reservation. Yes, I would stay again but in another room. That one is very noisy.

Had two rooms, a very large suite and a smaller room for the kids. Both were very clean and comfortable although a little dark. We stayed, as do many others according to a local restaurant owner, as a stopover on our way to Andorra and there is very little to do in the immediate area, especially if you dont have your own transport. The town itself is very charming but on our first afternoonevening was literally deserted to the point of being eerie. The restaurant owner we spoke to says its always like that; most people work in Andorra and don't spend time in La Seu d'Urgell other than a couple of months in summer when it gets busier. Its a shame, because the town is pretty and well looked after. The Hotel is pretty good value for money but there just isn't much reason to be in that area given Andorra is less than 30 minutes away. Having said that, lots of people were checking in whilst we sitting in the impressive lobby area enjoying some snacks and drinks and the generally very good service. If you are in the area and need somewhere to stay it is a good option.
