Please pay attention to the following points before deciding whether to stay: 1) It is not a hotel, but a B&B. There is no 24-hour front desk (see picture). You cannot store your luggage when you arrive at the hotel. You can go out and come back to check in. I waited at the door for more than 4 hours before I was able to get in. My whole day was wasted, which really affected my mood. I have communicated with Ctrip many times, and Ctrip's attitude was very good, but if something really happened, they were out of reach. 2) The windows of the classic suite (including the glass windows and the green ventilation grilles) cannot be locked. The room is on the second floor. I basically didn't sleep well for two nights. I woke up every hour and lay down for half a day before falling asleep again. I was worried that someone would crawl in. 3) The red iron door could not be opened from inside the house on the first day of moving in, but it has been repaired 4) I don’t know what the thing is above the bathroom ventilator. There is a red LED flashing after turning off the light. 5) I couldn’t meet the landlord, so I sent him an email to pay the rent, but he refused to pay in the end. Advantages: The room is larger than the regular hotel room, about 1 km away from La Spezia train station, the surrounding area is relatively safe, and there are still many people eating and shopping on the street at 9 or 10 o'clock in the evening
