A cute little place. It’s in the hills above the city so you’ll need to hike or cab a bit. The view is nice and the couple who run it are lovely and helpful.

The hotel is on the mountain, a bit like a farm house in China, but the view is good: you can see the port of La Spezia. Parking is free on the street, but we chose to park in front of the building and paid 15 euros. The quilt in the room on the mountain was a little damp, but the room had air conditioning and heating pipes, so the damp smell disappeared after we moved in. The landlord is very welcoming and arranged a check-in time in advance. You can make coffee and boil water in the common room.

This is a hotel located on the top of a mountain. It is actually a hotel run by a large family. The landlord couple and their families all live here, and there are some additional rooms for rent as guesthouses. The breakfast was prepared by the landlord's family and was very sumptuous. Because it is located on the top of the mountain, the scenery around the hotel is great.

The highlight of our trip was staying here although it took a while to get up here with our car as it’s on the uphill regardless for the beautiful view everything worth it. The staffs here are super nice , one of the girl Ari she hosted us showing us the map , how to get the train and boat , everything is super simple. We stayed in the deluxe room which only just being renovated this year , the room was spotless with great Aircon plus stunning sea view. We were able to get the takeout from the room with the assistance of the girls for our dinner. Nothing better than having the hot pizza with drinks enjoying the view by the terrace next to our room. Thank you for the hospitality !

Lovely and place in a great town. The staff is so friendly, the room was very nice and clean and cool. The view was incredible, the breakfast was great. It’s a very nice little town and if you’re visiting cinque terre this is a great place to get away from the crowds of tourists. The food in this town is very very good. The hotel is up on the hill but easy to get to by taxi or bus.

My husband and I chose this hotel to spend a few days in peace and enjoy the beautiful view of La Spezia. We therefore booked (and paid in advance) the room with a sea view. Booked through booking, we were contacted by the hotel to make the reservation directly with them and get a bit of a discount. We accept. Too bad they forgot to mention that there was construction going on in the hotel. So our sea view became a scaffolding view. Among other things, the morning fabulous breakfast with the drill in the ear! Sleeping a little more was optional since the work started at eight. Fan in the bathroom not working, you understand that hygiene was not the best. They demanded full payment upon arrival and we understand why. No presence in the hotel of either the owner or the secretariat. I will definitely ask for a refund. Positive note Davide and the breakfast but not recommended due to lack of transparency.

I only stayed one night on a business trip. I can only confirm that I found a nice, clean, well-kept place despite there being a construction site at the moment. Excellent welcome and with a smile. The only flaw is the parking... You have to park on the street. Highly recommended.

Passing through La Spezia we looked for a BB on the internet that inspired us and we called in the morning for the same evening. Luckily a room was available and we were able to sleep at the property. Everything was perfect, the room tidy, clean and spacious with everything you need. The sea view was splendid, we enjoyed a wonderful sunrise. The breakfast was excellent and you could choose from multiple alternatives. Impeccable service, the very kind and friendly lady made us feel at home. The location is not the most favorable for getting into the city, you have to travel by car, but for the view and tranquility it is really worth it. I would go back immediately.
