My husband and I have just spent three nights in this amazing accommodation. We stayed in the large double with rooftop terrace and it was fabulous. High quality finish in this gorgeous apartment. A fantastic night’s sleep in the huge bed. We managed to walk down and back to the centre each day but be warned it is a bit of a trial. Could be problematic for anyone infirm or with balance issues as sections of steps are rough/weeded and without railings. This is clear before you come and a taxi would eliminate this issue. The pool area is stunning! Views are spectacular! It is a little remote and we definitely should have taken up the offer of having provisions provided for when we arrived 🙈don’t make our mistake. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the pizza restaurant next door however. This has been a fabulous part of our Tuscany tour. Thank you and we highly recommend.

Returning to our old school was a real thrill, the best way to celebrate our golden wedding. We appreciated what was done to create such a splendid structure that made us feel 'at home', welcomed and pampered. A special thanks to the owners and Mrs. Debora for their kindness, good wishes and pleasant surprise.

A beautifully located and quiet hotel with lovely apartments in a restored old schoolhouse. A wonderful pool surrounded by olive trees. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included. A somewhat adventurous drive, but a fantastic view of the whole of La Spezia is guaranteed. Debora is very friendly and helpful.

La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stata la luce entrando nell'appartamento, ci sono queste finestre immense vista mare che creano un'atmosfera incredibile. Disponevamo anche di una grande terrazza, che abbiamo sfruttato per cenare all'esterno. Camere belle, cucina ben fornita. Il personale si è dimostrato davvero gentile e disponibile in ogni richiesta. Ma la cosa migliore in assoluto è la zona piscina, strepitosa. Invece se devo valutare l'unico aspetto negativo era che, date le grandi finestre, sarebbero servite delle tende oscuranti perché già al mattino presto entrava parecchia luce nell'appartamento! Ci tornerei subito.
