Posizione comodissima, per arrivare sia in treno che in macchina, in centrissimo a La Spezia. Così da poter girare tutto il litorare in serenità, facendo le cinque terre e Porto Venere, perchè i traghetti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il posto è super moderno e confortevole e accortissimo in ogni dettaglio. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità

El lugar me cobró dos veces (Eu 413) y después de mucho reclamar, entendí que se dedican a eso. Listo. Lo doy por perdido. ItalianWay al principio me contestaba pero cuando tuvieron que depositarme el dinero desaparecieron. Al margen, sobre el lugar: en ninguna de las dos habitaciones que alquilé funcionaba el aire acondicionado. No se podía estar de noche y al estar sobre una peatonal, si abrís la ventana es insoportable. En una de las habitaciones tampoco funcionaba la cerradura por lo que nos pedían que dejáramos la puerta siempre con doble llave. Todo desastre. Una decepción por lo que se veía en las fotos.
