The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.

The kindness and availability of the staff.......the centrality of the structure... . the delicious breakfast... they led us to spend two pleasant nights in our stay to see the 5 lands in winter... certainly if we return to La Spezia we have a safe point of support

La struttura in sé è la classica di La Spezia: stanze di un condominio adibite a camere. Molto fiscali sulla registrazione, prenotazione e check in ma purtroppo il prezzo non vale la qualità del soggiorno. Le stanze non sono isolate nè per quanto riguarda i rumori (dalle 7.00 di mattina non è più possibile dormire) nè per l’illuminazione (di notte la luce del corridoio rimane accesa ed illumina la stanza a giorno). La doccia è piccola e scomoda, i letti singoli sono larghi ad una piazza e mezzo, ma un solo cuscino per letto, inutilizzabile da quanto è spesso. La struttura offre pernottamento con colazione inclusa ma viene omesso che la colazione è in due bar vicino all’hotel e prevede caffè o cappuccio con una brioche e basta. Valore di 3 euro e tutto quello che si prende in più ovviamente è a pagamento. Se scelgo una struttura con colazione inclusa è perché voglio avere vasta scelta di prodotti e voglio essere comoda senza dover uscire dalla struttura. Delusa.

Insalubre, odeur d’égout insoutenable Chambre sale , la salle de bain tombait en lambeau Porte de l’armoire cassée , port serviette cassé, Porte de douche qui ne se ferme pas L’immeuble est en mauvaise état . Je ne recommande Les photos du site ne reflète pas du tout la réalité

Struttura interessante e centralissima, molto tranquilla. Le camere sono belle e di buon gusto, pulite, letto comodo con diversi cuscini. L’accoglienza è stata precisa e puntuale. Colazione al BAR, consigliatissima, ho gustato un ottimo cappuccino e cornetto. Bagno pulito e moderno, abbastanza grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. Unico neo, il frigorifero in camera rumoroso.
