English: Upon arrival, it is not clear where to go, because after parking the only sign (or rather two) immediately visible is the one depicting a dog and a gun, with the words "beware of the dog and beware of the owner". Let's say that it did not seem so tasteful to me. In fact... everything but certainly not welcoming! Going down the path after the gate, you see a fairly large dog, a mastiff, barking and tied to a rope. I have nothing against animals, but I am uncomfortable with a large dog that I do not know, especially if I have my 4-year-old son with me. I think it would be appropriate to separate the area where you eat differently from the area where the dog is. Furthermore, there are games for small children but in the dog's space, I did not understand the point. The outdoor space is very beautiful, but the tables and chairs really leave much to be desired, half broken and dirty. Even the dishes left much to be desired, let's say that cleanliness is not at home. The bathroom is very small and poorly maintained. The Spartan food is not bad, but I was uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness and I didn't eat much. In a similar situation I would have avoided writing a review, but something absurd and unpleasant happened. Right after paying, as we were about to leave, even though I had told the lady (I assume the owner) on several occasions that I was afraid of the dog... in half a second the lady turns to my 4-year-old son and says "COME LET'S GO MEET THE DOG" and before I had time to react, she picks up the child and literally throws herself towards the dog. (By the way, saying, I pick him up because the dog is very physical) The dog, tied up, starts jumping at the height of the lady's face, he turns around her with the rope, very agitated, he even makes her trip and she falls after a while with my son in her arms. It all happened in a second, I immediately told her to give me back the child immediately and asked her rudely how she dared to do something like that. The child was obviously scared, luckily nothing else happened. She remained speechless and sketched out some excuses, Really out of place, unpleasant and senseless. How dare you pick up the child of people you don't know and put him in a dangerous situation? I would also like to add that, since she cares so much about her dog, instead of keeping him tied to a two-meter rope, barking and growling at those who are eating, she could, with all the space they have, create an adequately sized enclosure dedicated to the dog, avoiding putting in difficulty the guests who might not appreciate it.

I had the opportunity to get to know this agriturismo on the occasion of my nephew's graduation party. The location is pleasant and the lunch was tasty and well executed. The raw materials, of the dishes presented, seemed to me to be of quality and the house products, such as the wine and the bitter orange marmalade, are truly excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness of the owner and all the staff, we will definitely be back!

Siamo arrivati un giorno prima del previsto e la titolare ci ha gentilmente dato la camera anche se il nostro arrivo non era previsto , avevamo la camera Fienile , una delle più grandi con bagno in camera , purtroppo però da quando siamo entrati abbiamo notato che non era molto pulita ,in bagno e nella doccia c'erano dei capelli dei clienti passati , e tanta polvere . La colazione è veramente veramente buona , lo yogurt ,le 3 marmellate prodotte da loro e il ciambellone sono fantastiche così come il pane tutto loro produzione,la colazione era il momento più bello della giornata ,la signora delle colazioni e il signor VASILE sono accoglienti ,ti fanno sentire a casa , cosa che abbiamo confermato anche durante la cena ,che propone tutte cose genuine e il vino buonissimo della tenuta. Nel complesso siamo stati bene , da migliorare sicuro la pulizia delle camere.

Una domenica sera afosa, prenoto per questo posto nel verde delle colline della città, a Montalbano. Posteggio esterno capiente e poi tramite una stradina si entra nella proprietà che conta anche una quindicina di camere per il B&B Terrazza ancora un pò soleggiata (ore 20.15) ma abbiamo potuto godere di un tramonto favoloso. Vasili è una persona splendida, commovente, si vede che lo fa per passione, non per denaro. Un amico che ti ospita a casa sua. Tavoli in legno come vuole la tradizione contadina, vista sulla proprietà di vigneti e uliveti, sino in fondo alla vallata. Niente tovaglie, non siamo in città, non siamo in quei ristoranti tutto sciccherie e poca sostanza, qui siamo in una meravigliosa campagna dove si ode solo il rumore delle cicale. Una pace assoluta. Il menù può essere a 27 euro con 2 portate su 3 (da scegliere tra antipasto, primo e secondo) con dolce, acqua, un calice di vino. Altrimenti alla carta scegliendo tra antipasto, 3 primi, 3 secondi. Il menù varia di giorno in giorno. Neppure accennare che il mio cane è stato il benvenuto. Noi, satolli a fine serata, abbiamo speso in totale, per 3 persone, 70€. Che dire? Andateci, tutto qui.

L´établissement est idéalement situé pour profiter du calme des vignes et des montagnes avoisinantes, tout en étant relativement proche de la ville. Des chemins de randonnées proches du domaine offrent plein de possibilités de balades, les cyclistes seront également très satisfait. Accès et parking facile même pour les voitures à châssis bas. Nous avons logé dans la partie ancienne du bâtiment. Des chambres aux planchers et murs parfaitement conservés et avec vue sur les vignes. L´établissement est très propre, le personnel et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont parfaitement satisfait nos besoins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les repas sont très copieux, et le vin produit sur le domaine excellent. C´est une propriété familiale et a propriétaire parle parfaitement le français. Il n´y a pas de tv est, ce qui est idéal pour préserver le calme des chambres mais elles ont toute un excellent signal WiFi. Je recommande vivement cette établissement.
