The hotel is in an excellent location, only a few minutes away from the train station. Some of the rooms in the hotel have been renovated, but the room I stayed in was not renovated because it was a budget room. The room is underground. The walls and carpets in the corridor are dark in color and there is insufficient light. It feels a bit gloomy. The furniture in the room is shabby, the carpet is dull and the hair is falling off. I feel uncomfortable. I stayed for two nights and stayed there the next day. Skin allergies appear.
Moreover, because it is a ”affordable” (hotel definition) room, it does not provide distilled water or a water boiler, nor does it provide free tea bags or coffee. The most outrageous thing is that there are no water cups, and the plastic cups used for brushing teeth will be taken away the next day! We booked five rooms. I stayed in an ”affordable” room, but the hotel did not indicate in advance that the room I stayed in did not provide the above items, so I just thought that compared with the other four rooms, my room was smaller. That’s all.

Hotel on a hill with a terrace on the top floor and a view of the bay. Half an hour walk from the railway station. 5 minutes down the stairs to the sea. The hotel is clean, quiet, there is heating (early March). Breakfast - omelette, fried bacon - but they don't add, those who come late, they didn't make it. Pancakes, croissants, various pies, coffee, milk, fruit, yogurts. There are enough sockets, normal shower, soap, shampoo in dispensers, safe, refrigerator. Friendly reception.

Good location between the train station and port.
The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full.
You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

UUNCLE yechunThe room was nice, clean and tidy. The service was very thoughtful. They contacted us in advance, fearing that we couldn't find it. It was indeed difficult to find. It was located upstairs from the train station. Parking was in the cooperative parking lot next to it, and it was a 5-minute walk.
Going to Cinque Terre, you can go downstairs to the train station, which is very convenient for commuting.
The only drawback is that the hotel has no elevator. I had to carry the suitcase up to the fourth floor, but fortunately I was young and strong.

韩韩The boss is very enthusiastic, very close to the station. If you go to Cinque Terre, the boss will give you a detailed map and train schedule, which is very useful. But there are only two or three rooms in the hotel, and there are no other services. When entering, there is no elevator, and luggage must be lifted upstairs manually.

Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well.
Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area.
Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators
Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

AAlfYYI LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that.
I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there.
If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

GGuest UserSpacious, clean rooms close to the train station and downtown. Giovanna was warm and helpful and suggested that I visit Portovenere, which I did. Rainy afternoon and most things were closed off-season but the place was beautiful.

You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
