Hotel Cristallo - Wellness Mountain Living

We spent excelllent days in hotel Cristallo. Very friendly stuff, excellent food, nice location and really nice outdoor pool. We enyoy evenings in their bar. They have really nice garage and secure room for e-bikes. Very satisfied. We plan to come again.

We spent really good time in hotel Cristallo. Hotel have nice location and nice view from pool on Fanes and Gran Risa. Staff is very friendly. We enjoy excellent food and drinks. Rooms are perfect and clean. They have nice secure room for e-bikes and ski and what I appreciate, a garage too. Every day have some events like hiking, bike trips, music, grapa testing, …. We recommend and we will come again in this hotel.

This hotel is truly exceptional. The service is outstanding, with incredibly kind and attentive staff throughout — from the welcoming reception team to the bar staff, waiters, restaurant manager, spa attendants, and housekeeping. The hotel is highly guest-oriented, making every effort to ensure you feel relaxed and fully enjoy your stay. Any questions or issues are promptly addressed with care and efficiency. The hotel is well-organized, with a spa divided into separate areas for adults and children. They also offer guided tours, baby carriers, and even host BBQs. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the four-night stay my daughter and I needed for wellness and it was fabulous. One or both of us participated in the guided hikes, yoga classes, gin tasting, spa, and cookout at the hotel hütte about a 50-minute drive through the stunning mountains. We loved the heated outdoor pool and the fireplace lounging area especially. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Parking was easy and the location is perfect for skiing or hiking.

I have mixed feelings about Hotel Cristallo. Here is why: Positive elements The hotel is very luxurious and very neat. All employees are very competent and incredibly friendly. They really do their best to please the guests. You will not want for anything. Big praise to all employees who do their utmost best day in day out to make this happen! Negative elements What really makes our blood boil are two things: the presence of spoiled and bored children, running through the corridors and through the restaurant. But the worst was the large number of antisocial (mostly Italian) guests and their behaviour in the restaurant during dinner. And this was no exception, and unfortunately it was not just a single table. What is apparently considered normal during an extensive and luxurious dinner is to put your mobile phone on speaker mode, and then watch TV at the table, play music, or just make loud phone calls. A table next to us consisted of a family of four (father, mother and two daughters): one daughter had the speaker on and was watching TV, the other daughter had the speaker on and was playing a computer game, mother was having a phone conversation with the speaker on and father had the speaker on while watching a football match. We asked for and got another seat in the restaurant, but there too it went wrong. The table next to us put the phone on the table, speaker on of course, and all watched a ridiculous program. The lady at the table behind it was apparently celebrating her birthday, and spent the entire evening making noisy phone calls. For people who want to enjoy a good dinner with a good glass of wine, this was really a moment of: never again.

5 stars all around!! The staff were one of the highlights of our trip - they were there for whatever we needed and made it a memorable experience. The resort is beautiful, with large rooms, which was so nice after traveling around other parts of Europe in smaller spaces. We will definitely be back!
